  • Due to limitations by DHL and UPS, we only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Rural Route Addresses, and some military bases.
  • Free Shipping Offer isn't valid for Remote Areas with High Shipping fee*

Shipping Rates

We offer Free 5-7 Business days hipping on all US orders via USPS excluding single parts. International shipping available and based on weight of items order, please Contact Us for a quote.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, you will be notified prior to shipping your order. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders are processed with the shipping information AS ENTERED at time of order, customer assumes all responsibility for any information provided at time of order. We will not replace lost items delivered to incorrect addresses free of charge. Only items that are returned to us by the carrier will be shipped back to customer as a courtesy. Upon Items leaving our facility all responsibility is relinquished to the intended receiver. Any issue regarding whereabouts of delivered packages are customers responsibility to contact their local post office for assistance.  

Refunds & Cancellations

All Orders are processed immediately upon submission and move into production for lasering if lasering has been selected. Order cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after order has been placed. Once items have been lasered orders are no longer eligible for cancellation. For Refund Request please contact us by phone at 502-262-2323.  We only accept the return of unused items within 15 days from the date of purchase for a full refund minus a 20% Restocking fee(Excludes items listed as parts, final sale or ineligible for returns). Any used items returned will qualify for a store credit only. . All Lasered and Personalized Items are Non-Refundable No Exceptions.  

Exchanges

Since our company began 46 years ago we have earned positive recognition for our customer service and warranties so you are in good hands. However, to take advantage of our return policy you must understand and accept our policy. The product(s) must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear or abuse.

If any product(s) is being returned, an email must be sent to us, (admin@dksharp.com), prior to returning it, so we can reply with return instructions and a return authorization number if need be. All orders MUST be shipped back within 15 days from the date of order to the day it was placed in the mail, in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.

If price of exchange item is higher customer is responsible for the balance prior to shipping. If the price of the exchange is lower store credit will be issued for the difference. Exchange credits cannot be combined across multiple orders or accounts. Credits will only be applied to one email account. 

Shipping and handling of the product(s) to us must be covered by the customer and is not the responsibility of DK Sharpening . If an exchange is requested, shipping and handling must be covered by the customer to receive the new product(s). Please ensure that the product(s) is packaged well to avoid damage during shipping.

This is non-negotiable and DK Sharpening reserves the right to make the final call. This means that if the product(s) has/have been sent back following the 15-day time period, DK Sharpening reserves the right to refuse the parcel.
